Rental Agreement for High Rock Lake Rentals

HOUSE RULES: We truly value your willingness and cooperation in helping to keep our home clean, safe and not damaged in any way.

1. Only the individual who booked the reservation can check-in into the home unless a prior arrangement or acknowledgement from the host has been made. Extra overnight guests other than those indicated on the booking reservation are not allowed. Unregistered overnight guests will be charged a $100/guest per night fee.

2. Home is NON SMOKING and NON VAPING and a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for any smoking inside the home. You may smoke outside, but please keep the doors and windows to the house closed when smoking outside.

3. The property is for residential use only and no parties are permitted. If you host a party with unregistered guests you will be charged a $250 additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

4. NO PETS allowed. We love our furry friends but still no pets. If you bring a pet, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.

5. Early Check in may be available upon request. Guest making the reservation will be notified on the day of check in as soon as the property is ready for check in. Late Checkouts are not allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made with the host. An additional $50 will be assessed for every 30 minutes past check out time and after 2 hours of holding the property past the indicated check out time, the guest will be assessed an additional full night fee.

6. Any violation of house rules is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

7. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. Reservations follow a strict cancellation policy and are non refundable 48 hours after booking.

8. 50% of your total payment is due at the time of booking to secure your stay. The remainder of your payment is due 14 days prior to your check in date.

9. By booking your stay, you are agreeing to all of the terms listed above.
